Who are your spirit guides?

Have you ever wished you had insider knowledge, especially when it comes to your life? That’s what spirit guides offer! Spirit guides want to mentor and help in every situation, from helping you choose your breakfast to helping you manifest your dreams. Working with spirit guides provides a team to help you elevate your life spiritually. Their soul contract was agreed upon to help you before you were even born, and allowing them to help you, helps everyone! This boosts your vibration, spreads light and love and inspires other souls to do the same.

So, not guardian angels then?

Wherever you go in the world, the term ‘spirit guides’ refers to the umbrella of any spiritual helper, from angels to loved ones who’ve passed. Angels, fairies and spirit animals are often discussed, but what about connecting with the other guides? Ascended Masters, goddesses, Metaphysical Influencers and loved ones are all also your spirit guides.

Call in your Spirit Guides

• Relax. Connect with the earth with both feet firmly on the ground. Close
your eyes.
• Bring your attention to your heart, imagining a pink bubble growing from your heart. Imagine it growing larger and larger and surrounding you.
• Deeply inhale and slowly exhale, stating, “My Guardian Angel and Guardian Spirit Animal by my side, I invite [name your spirit guide] to help
me with [fill in the blank]. Thank you for assisting me and clearly speaking
your guidance. And, so it is.”

Choose your divine helper

First, determine your need:
• Work with gods or goddesses for swift action.
• Work with ascended masters for spiritual or soul growth.
• Work with metaphysical influencers when seeking guidance in their specialty.
• Work with passed loved ones whenever you want; they’re especially helpful in bridging any family issues.
• Set your intention to align with the outcome you desire.
•Ask your guardian angel to reveal the best guides.
• Say, “Guardian Angel, you know my desires, connect me with the guides who’ll best help my dreams and inspire.”
• Trust your intuition as you begin researching qualified spirit guides. Notice any insights or nudges, maybe a name pops into your thoughts. Ask
for a confirmation.
• Once you’ve chosen, invite them to assist.

Who you gonna call?

If you’re needing stronger intuition to manifest abundance, you might
consider calling Goddess Hecate known for intuition, Ascended Master Ramtha for amping spiritual enlightenment or metaphysical influencer St Hildegard of Bingen for spiritual gifts.

For financial abundance, you may consider Goddess Lakshmi for wealth,
Metaphysical Influencer Wayne Dyer, who wrote Wishes Fulfilled and passed in 2015 or Napoleon Hill, who wrote Think and Grow Rich.

For love, maybe consider Goddess Freya or Metaphysical Influencer Eileen Caddy, who wrote the acclaimed book Learning to Love in 1994. Look to your loved ones in spirit that made you feel most divine, too.

7 tips for working with spirit guides

1 Pay attention to your intuition. Spirit guides usually don’t yell, unless
we’re really frustrating them or are in danger, so be observant of your
intuitive nudges as they begin working with you.

2 Ask your guide to make their presence known. Sense your surroundings. Notice any subtle shifts by your side, new scents, changes in temperature or physical reactions like goosebumps or tingles.

3 Invite your guides to visit you in your dreams and share with you there if
that’s an easier way to connect.

4 You may not sense anything right away. Stick with it!

5 Keep a journal of any insights and your progress. Keep track of any patterns. Do ascended masters show up one way and metaphysical
influencers another? Do goddesses bring a floral scent? Jot down everything you sense!

6 Once you begin working with your spirit guides, ask for continued signs.
(A heart is a nice symbol. Spirit guides will present to you in a variety of ways like rocks, stickers and even in songs).

7 Ask for specific messages. Ask for favours. Be bold, trust your intuition and work with your spirit guides.
