Spirituality isn’t always an individual journey. Crystal and energy healer Em Mulholland celebrates the friendships she’s made all in the name of spirit…
The idea of ‘coming out’ spiritually is still very much an evolving journey for me, which all began after I created an Instagram account following the birth of my son. Through this platform, I have met a whole host of amazing people on similar paths across the UK. These special connections have given me the confidence to step more fully into my true self. So, here is my ‘love letter’ to these fabulous ladies, to thank them for helping me…now try it yourself!
Kathy Bell (@kathy.bell_)
I initially reached out to Kathy because I was intrigued by the breathwork she teaches. We arranged an online session and it was unlike anything I’d ever experienced before. Kathy and I then went on a retreat to Glastonbury as part of a lovely group, after which we became firm friends. To me, Kathy
is like a unique ray of sunshine and I just wish we lived closer to one another!
Sarah Lloyd (@sarah_lloyd_indigosoulpr)
Sarah and I had a Skype call in 2018 and later met in person at the retreat I attended with Kathy. I have a lot of respect and admiration for Sarah: she runs her PR business around her family and has also written a book about her work. We recently joined forces because we both just ‘knew’ that it was right, something I think is quite rare and special to find.
Lindsay Clay (@_ladyclay_)
Lindsay and I bonded over a mutual love of the Tarot and crystals, along
with the fact that we are both originally from Manchester. We met up one evening in Scarborough – we casually sat with some large glasses of wine and a collection of decks and rocks in a pub and put the world to rights. It was like we had known each other forever! Lindsay is one of the funniest, most straight-talking people I know and I’m proud to call her my friend.
