Hold a quartz crystal in each hand. Close your eyes and breathe deeply. As you breathe in, imagine that the crystal in your right hand is sending a bolt of cleansing white light in your palm, up your arm and through your entire body. As you breathe out, imagine any negative energy being cleared away by the white light seeping into the second crystal. Repeat this visualisation with every breath until you feel supercharged and energised. This will help to increase your powers without zapping your energy.
