Pick out the major arcana from a tarot pack, choose one of these cards to focus on. Light a white candle and hold the card in front you. Spend a few minutes gazing at the image. Close your eyes and recreate the picture in your mind. Enlarge  it and imagine that you’re stepping into the scene. What do you  sense and feel? Explore your immediate surroundings. When you’re ready, step out of the card, reduce the image in size and open your eyes. Make a note of anything you can remember from your visionary journey. This exercise helps you connect with the cards and symbols and will heighten your psychic skills.
