Certified angel intuitive Tara D. LaDue recounts how communicating with the angels helped her overcome stress and anxiety
Panic, fear, and uneasiness are all symptoms of anxiety. As an empath, I tend to take on other people’s energy, causing me a lot of sleepless nights, nausea, and worry. It wasn’t until meeting the Archangels that I was able to sort through the nerves and turn over my anxiety to my angels. It wasn’t easy at first, but trusting that your angels love and support will help you to release and let go of your anxieties.
Everyone has angels; the question is, do we hear their messages?
I knew I had someone looking over me, but I wasn’t aware they were my angels until a few years back. Then I really started to listen and tune in to their guidance. Once my heart was open to the angels, my anxiety was lifted. I will share with you a few of the techniques the angels have shared with me.
We have all heard the term “ground yourself.” I was told by a psychic – who has become a dear angel to me – that my angels were giving her clear messages that my root chakra needed balancing and that I was too unbalanced toward the divine, the crown chakra. Coincidentally, I broke my ankle in three spots two weeks later.
That was definitely a divine intervention by my angels to slow down and focus on my core relationships that were troubling me.
After that, this psychic taught me how to put my bare feet in the grass and pray to Archangel Metatron to ground myself – he helps with clearing the lower energies which create a lot of my anxiety. I regularly imagine a bright light shooting from the bottom of my feet into the ground with roots intertwining my toes. This helps me to stay present.
If there is anything that is causing me stress and anxiety which is out of my control, I write it down on a piece of paper and pray to my angels to take care of it for me. I put it in my “Angel box” and let it go. It’s about progress not perfection. I have had to put the same uncontrollable issue in the box several times. Be gentle with yourself. Once you develop a loving a trusting relationship with your angels, the repetitive topics in the box will decrease.
I learned an amazing method for dealing with anxiety from Doreen Virtue called “Shielding.”
I use this almost every morning to protect myself from negative energy. I ask the angels to help me build a protective barrier from harsh energy that doesn’t serve me. I call upon Archangel Michael who is an angel of protection, to cast his beautiful blue and purple light around my auric field while saying, “Archangel Michael please protect me from negative energy that does not serve me. Thank you.”
Lastly, I use my Angel Tarot or Angel Oracle Cards for guidance when I am feeling uneasy. They are spot on with my clients as well as for my own readings! I start by praying over the cards and touching each one. I close my eyes and tune in to my third eye chakra and call upon the angels to come into my safe space to provide me with support and love. I will have my crystals close by to enhance the reading. The angels guide me to their message by the shuffling of the cards. I always tell my clients, “The angels never lie.” Their messages are so loving and kind, even when they are providing insight that I or my clients may not be ready to hear.
Your angels can play such a lovely part in aiding with stress and anxiety.
I am so grateful to my angels and the connection we have with each other. In the past it had been hard to turn over my will to anyone. I wanted to control every outcome, leading me to a lot of stomach issues and heartache that I now can see was anxiety. Having trust and letting go of your fear will help you connect with the angels and move through life in a self-loving way.
