“Find your elemental flow,” says psychic medium Lillyanne

Psychic Medium Lillyanne helps to uncover the natural energies that surround you
Through the long, bright summer days, I’ve been taking time to ground myself in nature and establish a connection with the magical, natural elements that make up our world. Just as the physical world is made up of countless atoms and charged particles, the spiritual energy around us carries a charge that pertains to the natural elements of air, fire, earth and water that thinkers and mystics have studied and harnessed back into the dawn of time.
Sense magic all around
The affinities and correspondences of these elements can be found everywhere we look. A person’s natural aura generally resonates most strongly with one or two elements, and this is often influenced by the elemental correspondences on a person’s natal chart – particularly sun correspondences – but there are exceptions and you shouldn’t let this override your personal experience and feeling. Someone can project the confident and assured aura of an air sign, even if air isn’t strong in their chart, which is a sign that they naturally harness and manifest traits more typical of air signs.
Tune into the elements
Knowing your elemental affinities can strengthen your connection to the natural world and your own spiritual core, so I recommend this as a good time to think about your elemental flow. If you’re already familiar with elemental work, this is a great time to immerse yourself in that state of mind once again, to reaffirm your knowledge and promote future growth.
Embody elemental energy
Try closing your eyes and visualising the most peaceful place you can think of in nature to meditate. The first imagery that comes to mind is a sign of your subconscious’s natural inclination to particular elements. Continue to visualise that natural environment and consider the ways in which that scene is impacted by the elements.
As you do so, bear in mind that we’re not only affected by our dominant elements but by all of them, just as all four elements fit into the world around us to make it complete. As you go out into the world, take note of the things that lift your mood day by day – if you feel energised by a gentle breeze, a sunny day or a light drizzle in the air. That’s exactly the sort of clue that can help you explore your elemental affinities.
Think also about the crystals you use in your work or any tarot cards you favour to stand for yourself and their elemental correspondences. If some cards of one suit or certain crystals of one element engage your affinity more than others, then you can start to consider the harmonious balance of the element’s interfaces impacting on your spiritual self.
Once you have experienced the richness and depth of elemental work, there are so many possibilities to better understand your role in the Universe and explore those fascinating intersections of elemental energy that you personally embody.
