“In March 1999 I went to Egypt on a sacred journey and made a significant connection to the angels. They helped me when I fell down a mountainside while on holiday in Skiathos. I then founded the Daisy Centre’s Angelic Healing Retreat in Glastonbury. The angels of awakening showed me my mission of open hearts though divine energy healing. I truly believe that I am blessed to live dream.”

Rosemary Greenfield, Spiritual Healer. bodyandmindmatters.co.uk
“A few years after my brother died he started talking to me regularly, guiding my decisions and releasing my baggage to help sort out my problems. “For two years I thought I was going crazy, because when the heavenly spirits talk to you, it’s in your own voice. You wonder if it is a spirit or your own thoughts. I started to trust as my life improved through spiritual healing. Eventually I created a process for channelling this in a way that I could help others.”
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Healer
Great if:
- You have interests in acupuncture, acupressure and treatments for energy blockages
- You’re patient (it isn’t usually mastered straight away!)
- You enjoy a challenge
- You’re known for your upbeat, positive disposition
What does the job involve? It usually entails a consultation whereby the healer taps near the end points of the client’s energy meridians. It’s often referred to as ‘emotional acupuncture’, and involves the use of fingertips rather than needles to tap into the end points of energy channels that are situated just beneath the surface of the skin. This is said to remove negative vibes.

Ruth Baker, EFT Healer. bepsychicfree.com
“During a training event, Paul McKenna demonstrated a technique that utilises ‘tapping’ on acupuncture points combined with brain-balancing techniques. Hooked by the transformative power of this method, which can be likened to emotional and psychological acupressure, I eagerly consumed every book and video I could find, went on to train as an EFT master practitioner and then became an EFT trainer. “The great thing about this technique is that I always feel brilliant after every session with a client, as tapping with them helps me feel incredibly energised, yet relaxed. Seeing like-minded people gain confidence as they learn EFT is a real buzz.”

Tony Stockwell, Medium tonystockwell.com
“Curiosity led me down the path of mediumship. Following the death of my grandmother when I was 16 years old, I attended a spiritualist church and vividly recall sitting in the congregation, not quite understanding what was going on, yet it felt incredibly natural and real. What followed was two years of regular church attendance and reading every book on the subject I could find, which culminated in a realisation that all the things I had experienced from childhood were not figments of my imagination but real encounters with the spirit world. From there, I have been lucky enough to work all around the world teaching and demonstrating all aspects of mediumship.”
Hyponotherapist
Great if:
- You have an interest in hypnosis
- You enjoy a relaxed, tranquil working environment
- You’re instinctively aware of people’s needs
- You have a gentle, calming nature
What does the job involve? You’d be working flexible hours running one-to-one sessions between client and therapist. Hypnotherapy is a type of complementary therapy that uses hypnosis, which is an altered state of consciousness. It is widely promoted as a treatment for various long-term conditions and for breaking certain habits – from the stopping of smoking, to helping with the symptoms of anxiety.

Carmen Masters, Hypnotherapist. mastershypnotherapy.co.uk
“I first became interested in hypnotherapy when I wanted to stop smoking. I had tried many other methods and nothing seemed to work. Then a friend suggested I have a hypnotherapy session. After just one, I was able to quit the habit forever. I thought about training as a hypnotherapist, but I didn’t really start until I had my first past life regression through hypnotherapy. It helped me uncover the reason behind my struggles with sadness so I could move on. I haven’t been sad ever since that breaking moment, and decided to train as a qualified hypnotherapist and past life therapist. I like to think that I’m able to help clients decide what direction they should take based on the clearing of their past, helping them to achieve their goals faster.”
Psychic

- You’re sensitive and receptive to feelings
- You are a master of confidentiality
- You have a powerful third eye
- You frequently have paranormal experiences

Tony Hyland, Psychic. tonyhyland.com
“I first discovered that I was different from other people when I was around five. I now work as a psychic clairvoyant, guiding my clients through all the highs and lows that life has to offer. In 1999, I suffered a back injury and was told that I would probably be paralysed within 12 months. This gave me the incentive I needed to turn my life around and become a professional psychic. Luckily, I made a full recovery and found myself doing the job I always should have done. Being trusted with the secrets that clients would never tell their closest friends or lovers is a privilege and honour. Helping them to get through their darkest moments is the most fulfilling thing I have ever done.”
