1 Properties have guardians or spirits, so ask them to protect your home while you’re away and show gratitude. You can also visualise your abode being protected by a golden orb of reflective light, keeping out all non-beneficial energies.
2 All energy can be transformed, including the harmful electromagnetic sort, so ask the universe/source with for all the energies within your home to be rebalanced and cleansed. Peace lilies, spider plants and African violets are also said to reduce electromagnetic vibrations, so make these your plants of choice in the home.
3 If using a mobile phone, always hold it eight inches away from your head until someone answers, as the electromagnetic stress is said to be highest while it is calling. At home, use the land line where possible – although they too can create ‘electrosmog’, as can other wireless technology, such as cordless baby alarms.
