Lepidolite is a form of Mica that has trace amounts of lithium present, which helps a great deal with sleep. It has a beautiful lavender pink colouration that works with both the heart chakra and mind, bringing both together in balance. This blending of emotional and mental energies within the body help with rest, nightmares and sleep disturbances. You can pop a stone under your pillow to help calm your mind before sleep, to help you sleep, or enable you to fall asleep quickly.
I love to add Black Obsidian to a sleep routine. It’s a highly protective crystal that helps ground and protect energy. It is also a great crystal to protect you from unwanted spirit visitors and negative energy you may have picked up during the day from situations, places and people around you. This ensures that you get a good night’s rest without disturbance, keeping your own energy safe as it gives you psychic protection while you sleep.

Amethyst is one of my first go to crystals when I am not sleeping well, as it is a member of the Quartz family and is one of the master healing crystals. It is said to aid in the transmission of neural signals through the brain and can help balance your energy field and bring deeper, calmer sleep.
This is an extremely calming stone that is excellent for an overactive mind. It is the one to use if your mind is filled with mental chatter or you are finding it hard to wind down. Place it under your pillow or hold in your hands. Focus on your crystal and just allow yourself to breathe gently and slowly, absorbing its energy.

Create a crystal grid and place it under your bed. Use a small Amethyst cluster in the centre, surrounding it with four
small Amethyst tumbles, placing a small Clear Quartz point between each one and the centre. Then place four small
white Howlite tumbles in between the Amethyst tumbles.
