Kick-start your confidence and transform your well-being with these easy self-belief boosters
1. Write down outcomes that you want to achieve in the short and long-term future. Whether they link to healing a specific emotion, unlocking a psychic power or achieving a goal, remind yourself of them every day
2. Decide on a positive affirmation you want to use to represent your dreams. It should be short and simple, yet carefully worded to represent what you really desire. Try turning this statement around so it is more positive in order to better manifest a target. For example, instead of saying, “I don’t want to be afraid of this challenge,” try, “I have courage in the face of this challenge”
3. Take a mirror and gaze into it. Notice how beautiful you are and remind yourself of your most-liked features. Focus on your reflection and instead of looking into the mirror, really ‘see’ who you are by focusing deeply on your pupils so you can see into your soul
4. Keep a book full of inspiring and positive phrases next to your bed. Recite some of them three times each morning, or as many times as you need to so you begin each day full of positivity
5. When meditating, keep your eyes closed and recall a moment or event in your life when you were on top of the world. This could be a moment of great success, a big achievement or an occasion when you were full of joy and uplifting power was radiating from your spirit. Once you’ve found one of those moments in your memory, hold it in your solar plexus and visualise the moment turning into golden light that fills your entire body
