You will work together to peel back the layers, giving your emotions a good spring clean and enabling you to move forward.
This breakthrough is for you if there is something that just isn’t working for you in life. Maybe it’s your relationships, career, or you’re not living the life of your dreams − it could be anything! The coaching starts with a consultation, getting to know you and what you would like to change with some questions via email. Then either face-to-face or via Skype sessions at times that suit you, the breakthrough begins. This is holistic coaching at its best, it’s the belt and braces, “I am ready for change,” option. Top-up sessions will also be available for after the breakthrough, to make sure that you stay on track.
