Start to visualise what is the best case scenario for the day ahead – really play it out (and make it realistic to you, but do stretch it so it feels exciting!)
Let’s say for example, you have a meeting planned in a few days, imagine what can be the best ultimate scenario. What do you desire the outcome to be? How do you feel? How will you celebrate? Really play it out like a mini-movie in your mind. You may even like to try this every evening and watch how your energy starts lifting more every day.
