Most of the pressure that we experience is the pressure we put on ourselves.
Do you deserve to keep doing that to you?
I know sometimes it doesn’t feel like it, but you actually are enough, just as you are, in this moment. Everything is just as it is supposed to be. Stop comparing yourself to your idea of who or what you think you should be.
Try this exercise
Say it, feel it to your very bones: ‘I am enough just as I am’.
How much resistance did you feel when you said that? Try it again.
Yes you have things you want to do, maybe some things you wanted didn’t come through but remember you are on a journey, and you are the creator of it. You get to choose. And there is time for everything. Time for everything that is important.
Maybe what you are hearing most of the time are all the lies you tell yourself – you need to be more, you should be this, you should be that, try harder….
You’re pushing yourself too hard.
Take this moment and honour yourself, just as you are. You are what you are and that is enough.
And if you struggle with this, that’s ok, that’s part of where you are too. I hear you – I know what you’re going through. But trust me.
Right now, in this moment, you are enough.
