As one of the internet’s leading hypnotherapists and self-help authors, Glenn Harrold has become a household name in the online world of spirituality. He’s sold over 7 million copies of his hypnosis and meditation downloads worldwide and has become a perennial bestseller on a number of online platforms including Amazon, Google Play, Itunes and The App Store. Also, his 7 books have been released with major publishers in both the UK and the US.
So, he has the credentials, but it’s been a long journey for Glenn, getting to the current spiritual nature of his life now. As a youngster, Glenn fell in with the wrong crowds, ending up experimenting with drugs and alcohol which led to a major health scare and him being on first name terms with the local magistrate.
However, Glenn has learnt from these experiences of his early life, and found a way to channel these difficulties in a much more spiritual manner. Glenn began earning a living as musician playing in bands at bars and clubs and it was during this time that he first became interested in hypnosis and spirituality after sharing the stage with a hypnotist. Harrold then went on to study at the British School of Clinical Hypnotherapy, seeking to heal instead of entertain.
However, after many years of helping those in need, Glenn has turned back to his passion of music, returning to the studio to write and release his own material once again.
Whilst Glenn’s early days in music were located in the punk scene with his band, The Vagrants, his new music takes on a much more soulful pop sound with classic aspects of classic songwriting. He takes inspiration from many of the topics he covers in his work as a hypnotherapist, including Human consciousness, Shamanism, Ayahuasca, raising consciousness, love, peace and of course, spirituality.
