You must do something different each day. You can do the same kind act on two different days, but it only counts the first time.
Try to push yourself out of your comfort zone at least once. This helps build your ‘kindness muscles’.
At least one of your acts of kindness much be completely anonymous.
This exercise is designed to increase feelings associated with being kind. It is the feelings that produce the kindness hormone, oxytocin, and it is oxytocin that keeps those stress levels low!
