The former Victoria’s Secret Angel Gisele keeps grounded with a mix of yoga, Tai Chi and meditation throughout the day. “I practice Transcendental Meditation twice a day − every morning and lunchtime or evening, for about 20 minutes. Queen of Pop and all-around trendsetter Madonna is a huge yoga fan, particularly Ashtanga, which encourages more dynamic movements and transitions between the postures. She’s also said: “Yoga is a metaphor for life. You just have to breathe, and let go. It is a workout for your mind, your body and your soul.”
Hollywood’s most holistic starlet Gwyneth Paltrow might not be a morning person, but she still manages to wake up at 4.30am every day to stretch into her asanas. “Yoga has completely changed me.
